That's why we are hosting the Accenture Technology Solutions Women's Networking Forum for female students in the Washington, DC area who are pursuing technology degrees.? Centered on the theme of leadership, this event will help empower a new generation of female leaders by helping female students develop and strengthen their leadership skills.? Selected women will attend the event and:



• Network and build relationships with top Accenture female employees, along with top women from other universities

• Gain valuable exposure to the business world and build leadership skills to use in any academic or business setting

• Get a realistic preview of what it's like to be an Accenture employee

• Explore career paths within Accenture and understand what we are seeking in future employees

• Learn how to successfully overcome challenges women face in the workplace

Qualifications



Basic Qualifications:



We require one or more training/?school courses in programming/?software development including training in at least one of the following: C, C+?+? or Java.?



Professional Skill Requirements:



Strong interest in software programming

Ability to work as a team member

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Strong oral and written communication skills
