Corporate Legal Assistant needed ASAP!
Corporation based in Texas is seeking a strong legal assistant to support the President; must have law firm or corporate law environment experience 2-5 years. Prefer background in IP and must speak mandarin Chinese. Duties include handling the deadlines for IP and tracking the procedures, maintaining the company?s legal files and working with outside counsel. Direct administrative support to the President, managing the company?s projects and events. Growing corporation great opportunity! Temp to hire or direct hire $40k DOE.
