Loop corporation is in search of a Corporate Paralegal. Candidate must have a miniumum of five years recent corporate maintenance and transactional experience, their Paralegal Certificate and/or a bachelors degree OR extensive related experience, AND in-house experience within a GLOBAL company where numerous subsidiaries are managed/maintained. Prior experience within a law firm is beneficial. Work will include: handling a number of subsidiary's books and and records, creation and maintenance of organizational charts, legal and corporate secretary functions, assistance in developing and drafting policies and procedures, etc. Excellent computer skills a must, including most major Microsoft programs and familiarity with Westlaw, Lexis, and CTAdvantage. Candidate must have an outgoing attitude, be a go-getter, and take initiative!
